MahaMetric combines useful calculators with plain-language guides. Current topics include land-area conversion, construction-cost planning, 7/12 records, Property Cards, Survey/Gat/CTS numbers, Ready Reckoner/ASR concepts, stamp duty and property-buying checks.
How we handle official information
When a page depends on government rules or records, we link users to the relevant official Maharashtra portal and show a review date. We avoid presenting MahaMetric as a government service and do not issue, certify or replace official documents.

Calculators on MahaMetric are designed for planning and estimation. Some calculations depend on user-entered values or current official rates. Results should be verified before a legal, financial, construction or property transaction decision.
